In the beginning of their cooperation was the project Feet of Contemporary Choreographers. Their common interest in architecture and built environement took them further in collaborating
- Lisa Rastl as photographer and her visual perspective on space and contrary Willi Dorner in his physical practice and his bodily perception of our built surroundings.
The photos, films, the documentary and its descritptions testify and prove their deep understanding of bodies in relationship to space and architecture that they developed throughout their
projects over the years.

Willi Dorner
lives and works in Vienna.
His internationally touring artistic work include pieces for the stage as well as site specific performances. He also has a great interest in photography, film and visual arts. Together with the photographer Lisa Rastl he created the photo book „bodies in urban spaces“ about the live performance of the same name, which was presented in more than 100 cities world wide. Willi Dorner has released several short films in collaboration with Austrian film makers, a.o. "Treid", “body trail“ (2009), “set in motion“ (2012) and “every-one“ (2015). He was awarded with the "Österreichischer Tanzproduktionspreis 2000" as well as in numerous other international choreography competitions. For his performance „bodies in urban spaces“ he received the BLAULAUT- Price for inter- disciplinary art in 2011. Awards for his films include Pearls 07 – International Dance Film Festival Berlin and Choreographic Captures – Munich film festival 2009. Architecture Film Prize for "every-one" (2017)
